I retired from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department in September 2007. In December of 2008, I founded M.G. Andrews & Associates, a management consultancy. By May 2010, I transitioned the business into a corporation specializing in Management, Administrative, and Employment Investigative Services with over 40 years of professional service.
