I retired from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department in September 2007 after a distinguished law enforcement career. In December 2008, I founded M.G. Andrews & Associates as a management consulting firm. In May 2010, the company was incorporated and expanded its focus to provide specialized management, administrative, and employment investigation services, drawing upon more than 40 years of professional investigative and leadership experience.
